Ironwood's chain is rather dirty. Dirty bathrooms, tables, and floors. The soda station is always a sticky mess. The ice is rather fear producing. Service is decent although they do not always have enough staff on hand to handle the crowd which also makes the staff less sociable and available through no fault of their own. One manager was a real problem in the past, this manager seemed to work mostly the morning and mid afternoon shifts, and they seemed to have gone through a lot of workers when she was in charge; however, she seems to have moved on and the restaurant is improving. Drive through can take a long time to work your way through even for a simple coffee but kindness goes a long way to make the wait acceptable.
If i could give them 0 stars i would. Order is screwed up EVERY VISIT. LONG WAUT TIMES IN DRIVE THRU. SAD JUST SAD.
Never go late at night, twice now I've waited at the drive thru for 40 minutes, it's a joke.
Very poorly trained staff, orders are confused all the time, and the speed of service is poor. The staff looks confused about something everytime I have been in. Staff members are generally friendly, but the food lacks quality even for McDonalds
The building is the original McDonald's design. Which is neat.
