Jim and the good folks at Rick's Muffler are honest and hard working. I have taken our cars there for many years now and I can say have never had anything except good things to say. It is not very often that you see a family run and locally owned shop with such a work ethic. They have always made an effort to get our cars right in and have really done excellent work for a very reasonable fee.
