#6 Make sure you give their business a bad rating that will show them!
#1 don't smoke in the car when you are delivery flower arrangements!
#5 they returned both flower arrangement for a refund!
#2 when a customer calls and complains and asks for a refund and instead you send out another flower arrangement ( they said they didn't want any carnations) make sure you put carnations in the replacement arrangement
#3 make sure you go back to their place of work! and ask to pick up "THE FLOWERS THAT SMELT LIKE SMOKE"
Should have never recommended stems flower shop for a friend. Terrible customer service! Ordering flowers should be fun and enjoyed by everyone. It should never ruin the recipients birthday and make them cry. That's what happened in this situation. Sorry stem's but your attitude towards your clients and customers is disgusting.. never again will I support this business.
#4 when the customer who got the flowers calls to complain about how rude the delivery man was! act like the customer is wrong to complain!
