The eye exam was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. However our experience ordering my daughters glasses has been a nightmare. First off, we placed an order only to be told after we returned from vacation that the frames we ordered were not approved/covered by our insurance. I agree to pay out of pocket and place the order on December 19th 2016. The woman tells me they will take 7-10 business days. I give extra time due to holidays. Call on the 29th to inquire, still no glasses. Wait and call a week later. Still no glasses. Called today to find out they were late sending the order because of someone being on vacation, and they were just sent out from lab on the 5th of January. The lady on the phone told me that its usual, that it takes 2 weeks for the order to get to the lab and processed, plus 5-7 days for shipping. So why did they tell me 7-10 business days when we ordered them? I have had a very disappointed 9 year old girl awaiting her glasses this whole time. If we had been told right at the beginning that it was going to take *weeks* to get them, it would have been different and we would have been more patient. I be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
