Friendly, knowledgeable service, willing to deal, and home delivery - installation / old appliance removal all included. Delivery guys were courteous and efficient. Unheard of in this day and age!
I'd also like to give special mention to the service I received today. I had service tech Randy come out to take a look at the old washers to make sure it was worth buying new versus fixing. He agreed one was worth saving, the other not. I explained my situation of needing one asap. He said he would order the part needed for one and have another washer here for me by the end of the week, which worked for me. (The box stores gave me a 2-1/2 week lead time!) I was absolutely blown away when he showed up about an hour later with a brand new washer for me. He said he already had the part on order for the other. He and his delivery partner had the new one hooked up and the old hauled out in under an hour.
I have a commercial property where I had 2 washers quit on me in the same week. We prefer to buy local, but at first glance Mattsons *appeared* more expensive versus ordering from a big box store.. I'm glad we thought it all the way through. We ultimately chose Mattsons because the purchase price included the shipping, installation AND taking away the old. None of this was included in the box store price & it all would have been tacked on as extra fees. The value could not be beat. Plus, we are confident that if we have any issues down the road, the crew at Mattsons will be easier to schedule service.
