About the only thing they did right was answer the phone. They wanted to charge a $200.00 referral fee because I needed a service they offered that my vet didn't. So i went to Iron mountain instead. Apparently they have difficulty working with other vet offices and the extra fee is supposed to do what? Make them more money, cause hard feelings, be good for the community? Bad business practice.
They are thorough and have reasonable prices.
The only plus side here is the vet Tech. She was amazing! Front desk and vet were rude, condescending, and unprofessional.
